« If you do not know what to do with your hands, transform them into caress. » Jacques Salomé
See the massagesSince always passionned by alternative medecines and most of all, loving to touch, I naturally turned to massage therapies and reflexology.
Since millenniums massages heal and relieve the sick persons.
The goal of massages is to dispense the waste material that is not removed by exercise from the muscles but it also raises awareness of the body, promotes the self-respect and is even good for our genes !
Despite this vital need in humans, touch is the most repressed sense in our Western society.
Since always passionned by holistic medicines, but most of all, loving to touch, I naturally turned to massage therapies and reflexology.
I started with a muscle massage and anatomy-physiology and pathology training, which allowed me to work as a massage therapist since 2010, then a relaxing massage training and a complement of anatomy-physiology and pathology, a sports massage training and last but not least- a reflexology training.

The consulting room opened its doors in 2011 for family and friends and it has developed since then step by step.
You can find it in Vernier, Le Lignon, at number 16.
Here are some of the massage techniques that I use as well as a brief description of each of them:
Effleurage
It generally starts and ends every massage session and serves as a transition between the other manipulations. It is sedative and vasodilator.
Kneading
The skin is deeply kneaded, this technique allows to move the skin tissues and impacts the bloodstream and the lymphatic circulation which promotes the elimination of toxins and the skin tissues regeneration.
Friction
Moving back and forth in a radius of about 3 cm that presses the skin tissues and mobilizes them. It reduces the pain points.
Rolling massage
The skin is kneaded as in the kneading technique and continuosly rolled. It allows in particular to improve the elimination of toxins by separating skin and muscles, it can also be used to banish cellulite.
Crept deep pressure
Very supported effleurage so as to form a bead in front of the hand which moves. It accelerates blood circulation back and lymphatic circulation. Particularly important after the sporting efforts because it improves tissue regeneration and activates the evacuation and elimination of muscle waste.

Reflexology is a holistic technique which boosts the capacities for self-regulation of body.
It considers the foot as the representation of the human body as a whole: the mirror of thereof.
I use reflexology as well to treat conditions of everyday life (migraines, constipation, drainage, etc.) as that a technique of personal development- indeed each organ has its revealing symbolic of a sommatisation.
Since early 2014 I also work with hotels in Geneva, where I move with my massage table and within the hour (subject appointments already scheduled at my consulting room during the opening hours of it).
Rates on request.
The study of anatomy, physiology and human pathology is essential for any professional working in the field of welfare.
This knowledge allows the establishment of an accurate assesment and appropriate care to each person, the exact identification of the muscles and a specific work to each of them.
